Dissolve and Refill Package
Service Description
Dissolve and refill package includes one vial of dissolving and up-to 1ml refill 2 weeks after your dissolve. Hyaluronidase is used to electively dissolve previous filler. Price shown is for one vial, multiple vials may be needed to dissolve larger amounts of filler. Patch test will be carried out on the day of treatment. Refill is up to 1ml and must be booked on the day of your dissolve appointment in person. This treatment requires products to be ordered especially for you so please get in contact with us after booking. Additional £20 surcharge for non-surgical nose job & tear troughs.
Cancellation Policy
DEPOSIT & CANCELLATIONS We completely understand that sometimes life happens, but due to a high volume of no-shows and last minute cancellations we have had to amend our policy. You must give AT LEAST 48 HOURS NOTICE if you ned to rearrange your appointment. Failure to do this will result in the loss of your booking fee (deposit) and to rebook another booking fee (deposit) will be required. ALL CANCELLATIONS WILL RESULT IN THE LOSS OF YOUR BOOKING FEE (DEPOSIT). To avoid paying multiple deposits please select a package deal where possible. I understand that no booking is confirmed until the deposit has been received by Derma Queen Aesthetics. I acknowledge that my deposit payment is a booking fee in exchange for an allocated and reserved time slot of my choice, otherwise known as ‘a service’. I confirm that I have personally registered my details and reserved a time allocation that I am committed to. Should my circumstances change and I am no longer able to attend my booking I accept full liability and thus fore forfeit my booking payment to the company DERMA QUEEN AESTHETICS. I understand that any attempts to withdraw this payment will result in legal action being taken against me. I understand that evidence of my acknowledgement will be provided to my bank institution and PayPal Legal representatives. GROUP BOOKINGS If you want to make a booking for two or more people at one appointment please contact us directly via our social media, email or text. MAKE UP Please refrain from wearing make up to your appointment, this is to help prevent infection to the treated area. INJECTABLE TREATMENTS Please do not drink any alcohol or take any non-prescribed blood thinning medication (such as ibuprofen and aspirin) for 24 hours before your treatment. We advise that you wait at least 2 weeks before and after your any vaccinations, cold sores or cold/flu before having any injectable treatment to prevent a reaction.
